Happy Camping Details
Before you book your RV rental, here are some things you need to know to ensure a smooth and enjoyable camping experience with us.
Secure Your Campsite First
You must have a confirmed campsite reservation before we can deliver your RV. During booking, you will be asked to provide your campground name and site number. Your site must be on Denman Island, Hornby Island, or within 50 km of the Buckley Bay ferry terminal. Please upload or email a copy of your campground reservation confirmation at the time of booking.
Suitable Campsite Requirements
Our trailers require a site that can accommodate a 30-foot RV with a driver’s-side slide-out. Both back-in and pull-through sites are acceptable. If your site is not suitable for our trailer, we may need to cancel the reservation; in that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to assist you in finding an alternative site.
Off-Grid Camping and Generator Needs
If you choose an off-grid campground (i.e., without electrical hookups),you are required to include a generator rental with your booking to ensure you have power throughout your stay. $20 daily $100 weekly
Age and Responsibility Requirements
You must be at least 21 years old to rent our RV. The person who rents the RV must also be the person who holds the campsite reservation.
